TYPICAL SCHEDULE*

9am: Check-in
9:10am: Chalk talk, dynamic warm-up routine, arm care
9:25am: Throwing progressions (dry swings)
9:45am: 3 defensive stations (hitting drill work)
10:45am: Snack
11:00am: 3 hitting stations (live hitting or bullpens)
12:00pm: Lunch
12:30pm: Games and competitions (scrimmages, etc…)
1:45pm: Chalk talk, cleanup
2:00pm: Pick-up

* Note: Curriculum is adjusted to specific camp

Extended care is available for an additional $25 per day.

Extended care is payable at check in and can be added to your registration when you receive your camp reminder/info email

Extended Care Hours (OUTDOOR HOURS): 8am–9am / 2pm–4pm
